Balkan Şencan

Balkan Şencan was raised in İzmir and obtained his bachelor’s degree from Ankara University Law School.

Balkan has represented various private clients, local and international clients from automotive, machinery, manufacturing, transportation, construction, logistics and services industries. He counselled and acted on behalf his clients before courts and public authorities for closing and realizing turnkey projects and amicable resolution of business disputes.

Backed with his business mindset and legal background, he served as an expert person at Ankara Consumer Courts between 2011 and 2014.

Balkan’s practice focuses on complex civil litigation and representation of clients before public authorities and administrative proceedings at general directorate and ministry level.
Balkan specializes on commercial, corporate and business law, intellectual property law, product safety and product liability.

Balkan is a passionate marathon runner, a patient chess player and a bibliophile.
